APAMSA is an organization dedicated to eliminating health care disparities in the APA community. As a nationwide community of APAMSA chapters, we are working together to eliminate Hepatitis B and increase APA bone marrow donors. We have the following ongoing National Service Projects:

  • Bone Marrow Registration – aims to increase the representation of API individuals in the national registry

  • Community Outreach Initiative – supports local chapter’s efforts with their community-based projects

  • Hepatitis – screens and educates the general public and the medical community on this preventable disease that disproportionately affects API populations

  • National Cancer Initiative

  • Mental Health Initiative
